I loved the decor that took me back in time, it was charming! The pool table on the second floor was a fantastic way to relax in the evenings. Plus, the location is perfect, with numerous dining options just a walk away.

The staff was really kind and helpful during our 3-night stay. We loved the pool table on the second floor, it was a blast! Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby for meals, although some close pretty early.

I appreciated the hotel's vintage charm, which truly transported me back in time. The breakfast, though simple, was fresh and a lovely start to each day. Staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful, willing to go the extra mile.

Had an awesome time with friends at this place. We loved its convenient location, just minutes from the center. Exploring the beautiful churches and tasting local dishes at that mind-blowing restaurant was a highlight. The front desk helped us find some great spots to check out. Definitely a must-stay spot for group trips!

The noise from the lobby was pretty disruptive at night. It would be better if the windows provided better sound insulation. It was a bit tough getting restful sleep due to that.

I stayed in the Suite and it had a cozy vibe with lots of vintage decor. The beds were super comfy, and the room felt homely enough even with the random furniture mix. But the bathroom was smaller than expected, and it didn’t match the photos, which was kinda disappointing. Still, we rearranged things easily to suit our needs, and the staff were helpful with that!

The location is incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to the city center. The staff, particularly Danny, were polite and accommodating, helping us rearrange our room for more space. Breakfast offered a simple yet decent selection, and a highlight was the delicious hamburgers from the in-house restaurant. However, our initial room was quite small and didn't match the photos, leading to a switch that was different than expected, though still acceptable. On weekends, the hotel felt crowded, which detracted from the overall experience.

The restaurant experience was fantastic, especially the steak and wine. While staying with our kids, we found the staff accommodating and they even helped with translation when necessary, which was a nice touch. The location was perfectly centered for exploring Cuenca.

In my wife’s opinion, the shower temperature was unpredictable.
